A Bit About Me


I'm Adam and i've been a personal trainer for the last 4 years. I started my personal training career in David Lloyd.

I've worked with hundreds of people in my time at David Lloyd to lose fat,build muscle and gain confidence.

I am now a self employed personal trainer working with online and face-face clients between the Bournemouth and Southampton area.

Lifting Weights


Adam is a great personal trainer who I couldn't recommend enough. I started PT in December 2016 and at this point, I was used to doing cardio and not much else. I never thought that I would feel comfortable using free weights but it now makes up the majority of my time in the gym, thanks to Adam helping with technique and giving me a clear programme to follow. The sessions have been tough at times and he has really made me push myself further than I would have just training on my own. He has also offered nutrition advice when needed and is more than happy to answer any other questions that I may have. It has been a great investment and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer to anyone.

I started training with Adam in a bid to lose some body fat and generally tone up.
What I have achieved with Adam’s constant support, guidance and encouragement is far more than that!  I am seeing results and so too are my friends and family. So far, I have lost 19lbs; dropped two dress sizes; my body fat percentage is falling; muscle mass percentage rising and my overall strength and fitness levels vastly improved.  I am gaining definition, feeling more energetic and pains I used to have around my joints miraculously gone as my muscles become stronger.  I really appreciate how Adam incorporates the things I really enjoy doing into our workout sessions, this helps keep me motivated. Our sessions are varied, using a range of equipment and always challenging.  Adam has helped me understand the importance of correct form and given me confidence to perform the exercises alone.  In addition, he has provided useful information on diet.  He is a dedicated and committed personal trainer, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering personal training!


First I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the time you invested in my new regime of exercise and nutrition. The programme you devised for me I have lost a massive 10kg and 3 inches off my waist. It has been a great learning experience for me understanding more about nutrition and how it works.

I worked with Adam on an 8 week body transformation course. Although only light touch we managed

to cover Diet, Training plans, Motivation, and Technique. Whilst I considered myself reasonably well read

on all of these topics Adam gave me some very useful and considered pointers which kept me on track

where I once might have gone off the rails. I didn’t presume to expect too much from ONLY 8 weeks but

saw regular impressive 1lb+ fat loss per week – losing over 3kg of unsightly and unhealthy fat through the

duration of the course. Workouts were fun and varied and the change in eating habits (I’m not even thinking diet) 

were easy to sustain (and still are) I’m still very much a work in progress and I look forward to Adams assistance

over the coming months. Whilst I’m not sure I’m ready for before and after photos to be published on

internet yet It’s only a matter of time! Thanks Adam, keep up the good work!
